If you are writing about site issues, we will need the following information in order to assist you.
- Which OS you use (Windows, Mac, Mobile, Linux, etc.)
- Which browser you use (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera or the dreaded IE)
- Do you have cookies enabled?
- Are you running an ad-free or any type of page/ad blocking program?
- What actions have you taken so far?
- Can you capture a screen shot of the error message?
- Report the exact problem- word for word, if possible.
